​Visit One – Understanding What's Going On

We'll spend time getting to know you and your health history, followed by any appropriate orthopaedic, neurological, posture and movement assessments.

This visit helps us build a clear picture of what's happening and whether chiropractic care may be appropriate for you. 

Where appropriate, we may also begin with some gentle care during this first visit.

Visit Two – Your Report of Findings and First Treatment

We'll talk you through what we've found, answer any questions, and explain the options available to you in straightforward terms.

There's no pressure to continue, if chiropractic care remains appropriate, you’re welcome to continue with an adjustment, charged at the normal visit fee.
