Initial Consultation: We start with a personalised discussion about your health goals and concerns, carefully reviewing your medical history. This allows us to fully understand your needs and tailor your care right from the start.

Thorough Examination: Our examination goes beyond just looking at symptoms. We use a combination of orthopedic and neurological tests, posture screening photos, and BrainTap’s Neural Check for HRV assessment to gain a complete picture of your spinal health and nervous system function. This in-depth evaluation is part of our unique process, allowing us to identify underlying issues and create a care plan that targets both your symptoms and overall health improvement.​​

Report of Findings
(No additional Cost)
The second part is the Report of Findings, where we’ll go over all the details from your scans and tests. We’ll explain what we’ve found and recommend the best plan of care for you, taking into account both the examination results and your personal health goals. If you wish to start care after discussing everything during this visit, you'll be able to receive your first adjustment right away!

First Adjustment

This is when, your chiropractor will perform your first spinal adjustment, marking the gentle beginning of your journey to better health. Many patients experience varying degrees of relief right after their first adjustment. However, it's not uncommon to feel a bit stiff the next day as your body adjusts to engaging your muscles correctly.​​​
Regular Adjustment Visit

Your regular adjustment visits at Aceso Chiropractic are a key part of maintaining your health and well-being.
Your care will include spinal adjustments—gentle, precise movements tailored to your age and specific spinal needs. Depending on your case, we may also use other techniques such as extremity adjustments, cranial work, or methods to help release tension in the muscles.

Some follow-up visits, such as Progress Examinations, may take up to 30 minutes. These appointments involve a more in-depth review of how you're progressing with care.
However, most regular visits only take around 10 to 15 minutes. We value your time and have designed these appointments to fit into your busy life.
Aceso Orientation
At Aceso Chiropractic, our Orientation Class is an essential part of your journey to better health. We invite all new patients to join this session, held monthly on a Thursday evening from 6:30 to 7:00 pm. This informative and engaging class is designed to help you get the most from your care by deepening your understanding of how chiropractic works, why spinal health is key to overall wellbeing, and how you can actively support your progress.
Attending this session ensures you start care with clarity and confidence, setting you up for the best possible results. Friends and family are welcome to join—because great health is best shared!
