Your First Visits (Consultation, Examination & Report of Findings)
We begin with a thorough assessment designed to help you understand what's going on before making any decisions about care.
Your first visits are usually split across two appointments, giving you time to take everything in without feeling rushed.
Visit One: Understanding Your Body
(Up to 60 minutes)
We'll take time to listen to your story, explore what's been going on, and carry out any appropriate assessments.
This may include:
-
A detailed consultation and health history
-
Orthopaedic and neurological checks
-
Posture and movement assessment
Where appropriate, we may also begin with some gentle care during this first visit.
Visit Two: Clarity & Treatment
(Around 30 minutes)
We'll bring everything together and explain:
-
What we've found
-
What it may mean for you
-
Whether chiropractic care may be appropriate
If chiropractic care feels like the right next step, we can continue with care during this visit and discuss what may be most appropriate going forward.

The Regular Visit
Regular appointments are shorter, and fit conveniently around work and family life.
Each visit begins with a brief conversation about how you've been since we last saw you, followed by any appropriate checks and your chiropractic adjustment.
The frequency of your visits will depend on your individual circumstances, your goals and how your body responds to care. Some people choose to stop once they've reached their goals, while others continue with occasional visits to help maintain movement, function and resilience.
A Clear Starting Point
Our aim is simple: to help you understand what's going on, feel confident in your options, and decide what feels right for you.
